From First Sketch to Final Reveal

How We Work

A home remodel should be something you look forward to, not something you dread. Our design-build approach is built around three things homeowners care about most: straightforward communication, honest budgets, and craftsmanship that holds up. We walk with you the whole way.

Three Steps. One Trusted Team.

Everything happens under one roof. From the earliest concept sketches to the moment we hand you the keys to your refreshed space, here is what working with Pro Quality Designs actually looks like.

Let's Connect
01

Let's Connect

Give us a call or send a message online to book your complimentary consultation. We will take the time to listen, learn about your project, and gather the details we need to point you in the right direction.

A Personal Conversation

You will meet face-to-face with one of our renovation specialists. We come out to your home, take a careful look at your space, and share genuine, experienced guidance based on what we see.

Here's What We'll Cover

Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation. Together we'll talk through your vision for the space, the timeline you have in mind, the goals driving the project, your budget comfort zone, and any inspiration or design ideas you've been collecting.

Your Custom Estimate

Already have drawings in hand? Working with an outside designer? Either path works for us. We prepare a clear, itemized estimate that fits your situation, and we coordinate smoothly with anyone else on your team. You walk away knowing exactly where the numbers and the schedule stand.

Into the Design Phase
02

Into the Design Phase

After you sign the design agreement, our designers sit down with you to dig deeper into your priorities, your style preferences, and the look and feel you want for the finished space.

A Deeper Design Conversation

This is where the fun starts. We explore your personal aesthetic, build out renderings, narrow down finishes, and visit our partner showrooms together so you can see and feel materials and fixtures in person before committing.

Bringing the Design to Life

Throughout this phase, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with you. Communication stays open, updates come regularly, and your feedback shapes every decision along the way. You'll receive detailed layout plans, curated finish selections, mood boards, custom-designed elements, and full 3D renderings of your future space.

Locking It In

Once every choice is dialed in, we confirm everything fits within your budget, place material orders, pull the necessary permits, and lock down the construction schedule.

Pre-Construction Meeting
03

Pre-Construction Meeting

Before the first hammer swings, we gather for a Pre-Construction Meeting. This is where logistics get nailed down and expectations get set. Our designers brief the construction crew on every detail, and you are introduced to the project manager who will be your go-to person from here forward.

Stay in the Loop with Our Client Portal

Log in anytime to see real-time progress on your project. The portal houses your invoices, daily reports, and fresh photos so you always know what is happening at home, even when you're not there.

Behind the Scenes During Construction

Our job during the build is to absorb the stress so you don't have to. We coordinate trades, manage suppliers, keep everything aligned with the original design vision, schedule inspections with the city, and keep work moving on a steady, predictable rhythm. The handoff between our design and construction teams is built to feel invisible to you.

The Final Walkthrough

When the dust settles, we walk through the finished space with you, room by room. We hand over warranty paperwork, product documentation, vendor information, and our 5-year workmanship warranty. The goal is simple: a finished home you genuinely love showing off.

Why It Matters

The Design-Build Difference

The old way of remodeling usually goes like this. You hire an architect, take the drawings out to bid, pick a contractor, and hope everyone stays on the same page. Too often, they don't. Costs creep, schedules slip, and when something goes sideways, no one wants to take ownership.

We do it differently. As a Design-Build firm, your designer and your builder work for the same company, on the same team, from day one. That means realistic pricing locked in early, fewer surprises mid-project, faster turnaround from concept to completion, and one team standing behind the finished result.

  • One Team. One Point of Accountability.
  • Honest Pricing from Day One.
  • Quicker Project Timelines.
  • Tighter Quality Control Throughout.
